Kathryn Pitchers

Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian

How can Kathryn help me?

Kathryn is a gastroenterology dietitian experienced in working with a range of gastrointestinal conditions both within the NHS and privately. Her focus includes inflammatory bowel disease, gastroparesis, GORD/reflux, diverticular disease, coeliac disease, functional disorders including IBS and many more.

Supportive of her strong interest in the field of gastroenterology; Kathryn receives regular positive feedback from her clients. She particularly enjoys empowering people to improve their health and manage their condition.

Kathryn loves being outdoors whether that is walking in the countryside or cycling around Oxford. She has recently started a routine which includes yoga, pilates and meditation/breath-work classes. Kathryn loves cooking (and eating!) with family and friends and is passionate about people having a good relationship with food.

Callie Buttery

Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian

How can Callie help me?

Callie is a gastroenterology Dietitian that works to help clients to holistically manage a wide range of gastrointestinal symptoms by supporting with dietary and lifestyle modifications.
Working with patients in the NHS, her main areas of work include IBD, acid reflux,
gastroparesis, IBS and pancreatic insufficiency as well as functional gastrointestinal disorders. She is also passionate about supporting clients with weight management.

Why should I book with Callie?

Callie likes to get to know the client and build a relationship to provide a personalised plan with realistic goals specific to the client. Callie endeavors to explain information accurately and clearly with supporting information as required.

What is her style of treatment?

Working with Callie, there will be a thorough assessment and evidence-based advice provided. Callie aims to build an environment to allow clients to speak openly and to feel heard.

Having moved from Ireland, Callie loves exploring the UK with her partner in their van, walks on the beach, furthering her knowledge through reading and audiobooks and spending time with her family and friends.

Rosie Hogg

Co-Founder & Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian

How can Rosie help me?
Rosie is a specialist gastroenterology dietitian specialising in helping clients with dietary and lifestyle advice for gut health, histamine intolerance, coeliac disease, IBS, FODMAP dietary advice, ‘functional’ symptoms such as bloating, wind, reflux, loose stools and constipation.

Why should I book with Rosie?
Being an IBS sufferer herself, she knows the positive impact that both diet and lifestyle factors can have on improving symptoms long term. Since working as a gastroenterology dietitian both within the NHS and private practice for the past 8 years, she has gained experience in a wide number of gastrointestinal disorders. She is very passionate and determined in finding the answers to your issues. Clients have described her as showing a genuine interest and passion. 


What is her style of treatment?
A lot of clients who are looking for dietary support have potentially tried a number of dietary exclusions or expect that they will have to cut out a million foods however this is not her approach. She always wants to make sure that the recommendations she makes fit into your current lifestyle. Whether you try to have a sustainable approach to eating, you are travelling constantly for work or whether you don’t enjoy cooking.

Besides helping run the clinic, Rosie loves spending time doing yoga, meditation, going on long hikes in the countryside and growing her own fruit and vegetables!

Catherine Nash 

Co-Founder & Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian

How can Catherine help me?

Catherine is a specialist gastroenterology dietitian specialising in helping clients with holistic advice for improving gut health, inflammatory bowel disease, motility disorders, histamine intolerance and many more conditions of the gastrointestinal system.

Why should I book with Catherine?
Catherine has over 8 years of experience working as a Gastroenterology Team Lead Dietitian for the NHS with additional experience in private practice. She has a gastrointestinal condition herself so she knows first-hand the impact this can have on your life but with her personal and professional experience she knows the dietary and lifestyle factors that can improve symptoms.


What is her style of treatment?
She loves to provide a holistic treatment plan, with regular input and messaging within the Nourishly app to ensure that a wide number of factors are considered when giving advice. Her clients have said that she provides clear advice and recommendations that are appropriate to their current goals and lifestyle.

Catherine has three young children and a loving husband. She loves spending the weekend with her family going on bicycle rides and long walking adventures. She also loves writing blog articles for us.

All about Julia

Julia is a registered associate nutritionist, currently completing her MSc in Dietetics and Leadership. With over Five years of NHS experience in mental health and eating disorders, she is passionate about empowering individuals to break free from toxic diet cultures and promote more sustainable relationships with food. 

​Outside of professional life; Julia enjoys simple pleasures like country books, the company of her three Chihuahuas, admiring sunsets, stargazing and hosting game nights with friends and family.
